Route and Timing: Designing safe and efficient flight routes, ingress/egress timings, and altimetry profiles to avoid threats.Package Coordination: Leading the comprehensive mission briefing for all flight members, covering weapons allocation, communication protocols, and emergency procedures.Intelligence Integration: Reviewing up-to-date threat assessments, target imagery, and rules of engagement (ROE) Safety and Compliance: Holds ultimate authority over the aircraft, ensuring adherence to aviation regulations, weather minimums, and company policies.Carries all duties mentioned in other flights.
Lead Pilot Bogdan Bravo Flight
Role Responsibilities

Pre-Flight Planning: Oversees flight plans, fuel loads, weight and balance calculations, and pre-flight inspections.: Carries all duties mentioned in other flights.
Element Lead Pilot Pippy- Charlie Flight

Lead the flight and delegates tasks, and maintains clear communication channels.Decision-Making: Makes final calls during abnormal operations, system failures, or emergencies

Because we are a Made To Order business, refunds and replacements can only be processed for DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE items. We appreciate you supporting our business!.
If this happens, please do not return the original item to the manufacturer or us. It’s yours to keep, even if we send a replacement or a refund.
If your item has been made by Amazon Merch On Demand, they will let you know what to do and send you a returns pack, usually by email.
What if your product is through Amazon Merch on Demand?
Only in the case of buying an item through our Amazon Merch On Demand will you receive instructions from Amazon. Other than that we ask you to keep the item even if we issue a refund or a replacement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and issues
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
